Zazie Olivia Beetz was born on the 1st of January 1991 in Berlin. The birthplace of Zazie was in Berlin, January 1 1, 1991. She graduated from at the same school with Jennifer Aniston. After graduating from LaGuardia, Beetz went on to study French at Skidmore College. She auditioned for the college immediately and was selected for the part as Van in Atlanta. Beetz was born to a German father and an African American mom who was from Berlin was raised by her parents in New York and spoke German as well as English. Zazie grew up in acting, and has worked in many community theatres. Zendaya achieved her Disney Channel breakout role thanks her amazing dance skills. The actress was eventually cast in her first role, Rocky Blue, along with co-star Bella Thorne, on the popular show Shake It Up. Zendaya turned vegetarian at 11, after passing an animal slaughterhouse together with her dad during a trip. She told PEOPLE, "I thought it was awful, all those animals being packed in there waiting to be killed. I was shocked to discover that's where I'd been getting my meat!" She's since stuck to a plant-based diet.
